JOEY IS IS FOSTER CARE: Joey is adorable! He was born on the 4th of July of this year. He has the Pug face and coloring of a beagle. He came to us from the Wise County Pound. He was an owner release. He has his appointment on December 10th to be neutered, chipped, HW checked and his rabies. His new mom and dad may take him for his appointment that the LAP will pay for. Joey will make a special family very happy. Joey is afraid of cats, has learned how to climb stairs and knows how to use the pet door to go to the fenced yard at his foster home.
