Meet Buddy

AgeAdult BreedHound/Bluetick Coonhound Sexmale, neutered

Buddy has been at the shelter for over one year. This is being typed on August 23, 2018. He was originally an owner turn in (a 20 year old young man) - before that his owner was another 20 year old young man. He recently went on an overnight but it was not successful. He does not want to be crated and will bark and bark. Also, he does not like to have his collar tugged. Probably a past memory of poor treatment. He is very smart and with the right owner will be a delightful companion. He will need a lot of exercise, perhaps another dog to play with and a fenced yard to be happy. On a good note the kind couple that took him to their home for the overnight said he was super in the house. Never had an accident and never begged for food when they had their dinner. Buddy is sponsored by: Kathy Lane
