Meet Bailey

AgeSenior BreedTerrier (Unknown Type, Small) Sexfemale

Bailey is a rescue from West Virginia back in early 2017. She has been in foster for a little over a year and is adapting fairly well. Bailey has learned to go in and out of a doggie door to go potty, so she never has any "accidents in the house. She stays in a very large, unfinished section of her foster homes basement where the laundry room is and seems very content there. Bailey sleeps in her crate on a doggy bed with no issues at night whatsoever. It has taken Bailey quite a while to learn to trust and come for attention in the morning when receiving breakfast but she has started showing affection! She loves hot dogs, so tempting her to come with the hotdogs has helped her to learn to come to. She is still a bit skiddish and won't willingly allow petting but with the right person and a lot of patience, would learn to love. Bailey would do best in a quiet home with someone who has the time and ability to work with her to get her to finish coming out of her shell. She certainly is a sweet little dog that deserves a good home for the rest of her days!
