Meet Jax! Jax is about 9 weeks old, has had his first round of shots (will have second round before adopted), neutered, and current on dewormer. We aren't exactly sure what breeds Jax might have mixed in him but we suspect Lab/Hound. Breed is not super important though, it's his personality that makes him who he is! Jax is a super sweet little boy that loves to play! He currently lives in a foster home with a larger dog, 2 cats, and 2 young children. He does great with everyone in the home! His dog foster brother is much larger than him but he is his BEST friend! He has met the kitties a couple of times and is very respectful and listens to them when they tell him they've had enough. He is great with kids with the exception he is a puppy and does play nibble. He's working on crate training and potty training. He is doing pretty good with going potty outside, but that training will take some time. As always when looking to adopt a young puppy, it is important to remember that he will need patience and training. Puppies are very cute but also a lot of work so please be prepared to put in the time and patience to teach him how to be the best boy he can be. ❤ Jax is available for adoption through Friends of Bedford County Animal Shelter.
